Q. If I can't make my session can I reschedule? 

A. Yes! You can reschedule your session as long as it's rescheduled within 24 hours of the original session for a future open date and time. Reschedule by emailing us at baeentrepreneur@gmail.com.

Q. I missed my session, can I get a refund?

A. No, we do not issue refunds if you miss the 1st session or if you do not reschedule within 24 hours.

Q. Will the session be a phone call?

A. No, it is via Zoom Meeting. After your payment is complete you will be prompted to select an available session date and time. Then you will receive an email confirmation with the zoom link that you will use to join the session.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. Refunds are only issued if for some reason Qiana Norshea has to cancel and if you decide you do not want to reschedule because of her cancelation. REFUNDS FOR ANY OTHER REASON WILL NOT BE HONORED!
